Every month, by the second business day, we send the report: how much you earned, how much the platforms took, operating expenses, and our fee — four separate lines. We transfer the money within three business days of the report.
The guest pays for cleaning — it's built into the cleaning fee in the booking price, nothing comes out of your money. On the turnkey package we organize the cleaning ourselves, to hotel standard.
After every checkout we document the apartment's condition. If something's damaged — we tell you within 24 hours and handle the claim with the platform or guest ourselves. How the damage is covered depends on which platform the booking came through.
We're a fit for apartments in an in-demand area, with finished renovation and furniture and decent internet. We'll tell you precisely after a free calculation for your property. Sometimes the honest answer is “long-term pays you more”; then that's what we'll say. We won't sign just for the sake of signing.

You don't pay separately out of pocket for electricity, gas, water, and internet. The operating fund covers them — by actual meter readings, and it shows on a separate line in the monthly report. It affects your share, but you don't pay the bills yourself.
